An evening full of emotions
In a magical night at L’Auditori, attendees lived an unforgettable musical experience. The concert began with the performance of the Concerto for piano and orchestra no. 24 in C minor by W. A. Mozart, performed by the talented pianist Olga Pashchenko. With his precise and brilliant performance, he captivated the audience and left everyone with goosebumps.
After this magnificent performance, the MusicAeterna orchestra and choir, under the direction of the charismatic Teodor Currentzis, performed Mozart’s Requiem in D minor. The atmosphere in the room became solemn and all those present were captivated by the intensity and expressiveness of the work.
A passionate director
Teodor Currentzis conducted the orchestra with infectious passion and energy. His unique style and clear ideas created a unique musical experience. At times, his excitement got the best of him and led to small incidents, such as when he almost threw the lectern off the heads of the violins. But this only added a touch of excitement and spontaneity to the concert.
Exceptional soloists
Soloists Elizaveta Sveshnikova, Andrey Nemzer, Egor Semenkov and Alexey Tikhomirov gave exceptional performances in their solo parts. Their voices filled the room and conveyed all the emotion and grandeur of Mozart’s work.
