A temporary pause in Mañaneros
Marc Santandreu, who co-hosts Mañaneros on La 1 with Jaime Cantizano and Miriam Moreno, will be absent from the program for the next three months. This news was announced by Cantizano, the main presenter of the magazine, through a message on his social networks.
Cantizano expressed: “He is leaving for three months to film and will return when we are already at 35 degrees. “A joy to meet someone so professional, ‘crazy’ and with a point of purity that is missing in the profession.” These words were accompanied by a photograph shared on Instagram, where they are seen together.
Farewell and new projects
It is likely that this Friday they will have met for the last time on Mañaneros, since Cantizano will leave the program during the summer to take on a new role in the afternoons of Onda Cero starting in September.
Santandreu’s response reinforces the idea that they will not work together again in the morning show on La 1. He said goodbye saying: “And that we will meet when they are around 30. But at the bar. Huge hug, dear Jaime.”
Reasons for absence
Although the reason for Marc Santandreu’s absence in Mañaneros for the next three months has not been revealed, it is speculated that this time will be dedicated to recording the second season of Curiosity, the scientific dissemination program that he co-hosts with Rocío Delgado in La 2.
Santandreu has emerged as one of TVE’s prominent presenters, after his time in the meteorology area.
