A tradition with 49 editions
As every year, the Palau Falguera Auditorium in Sant Feliu de Llobregat hosts the closing of Poetry Week, an event that is already considered a tradition in the city. This year the 49th edition of the contest was held, which was a great success.

The Martí Dot Poetry Prize
The Martí Dot Poetry Prize was created in 1974 with the aim of promoting poetry in the Catalan language among young people. This prize is open to people up to 36 years of age who present a collection of original and unpublished poems. This year a total of 31 poetry books have been presented, by 16 poetesses and 15 male poets.
The winner of the prize receives a financial endowment of 1,500 euros and the publication of the winning work in the poetry collection of Viena Edicions. This award is a unique opportunity for young poets to make their talent known and be recognized in the world of Catalan poetry.
