Complaints about data leakage
The Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) will file an administrative complaint and another criminal complaint in relation to the alleged violation of the confidentiality of the communications of a member due to the disclosure of data in the investigation relating to Alberto González Amador .
The complaint intends to identify those responsible for the data leak in the statement that the Public Prosecutor’s Office issued about the agreement offered by the lawyer of the Ayuso couple.
Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office
The Bar Association asserts that the Prosecutor’s Office has committed two alleged crimes in relation to the violation of secrets and unfaithfulness in the custody of documents.
The Board of Governors of the ICAM agreed to denounce the facts through criminal and administrative means to investigate and sanction the possible infringement of article 62 of the Organic Statute of the Prosecutor’s Office.
