This phenomenon is observed in all areas of the country, although it stands out especially in Escaldes. If in January 2023 the cost of a flat in this parish was 4,737 euros per square meter, it has now stood at 5,689 euros. This represents an increase of 20%. If we compare with the data from 2019, when the price was 3,728 euros, the increase reaches 52.6%.

Data on the average house price in Andorra

The average house price in Andorra in 2019 was 3,112 euros per square meter. On the other hand, it currently exceeds 4,500 euros, specifically 4,582 euros. It should be noted that this data is provided by the Idealista specialist portal. This means that since 2019, the price has increased by 47.2%. This figure is considerably higher than the one published a few weeks ago by the Department of Statistics, which was 3,600 euros.

The parishes with the highest and lowest prices

The increase in prices in Escaldes has made this parish the most expensive in the country. It is followed by Andorra la Vella, with a price of 5,032 euros per square meter, 5% more than in 2023. In third place is Massana, with a price of 4,221 euros. Conversely, Sant Julià is the parish with the lowest prices, with a cost of 3,694 euros. On the other hand, Encamp has experienced the most pronounced increase since 2019, with an increase of 53.5%. The housing supply and the interest to buy

According to the Idealista portal, the supply of housing in the country has increased by 6.5% in the last year. However, this figure is lower than in 2019, when the increase was 7.1%. Despite this, interest in buying a home in Andorra remains high, with an increase of 159% in the last five years.
