The writer Antoni Pladevall presents his latest book

On Saturday 21 December, at 12 noon, the presentation of the book “53 x 4” will take place in the Can Puget Exhibition Hall in Manlleu. This work, written by eight hands by the authors Maite Anglada, Pep Bas, Pep Basco and Montse Maestre, will be presented by the Osona writer Antoni Pladevall.

A book that combines photography and texts

The book “53 x 4” is the result of a project that began in the first week of 2018 and ended at the end of the year. With more than two hundred pages, this work offers the reader 212 photographs, one for each week of the year, accompanied by their respective texts.

A presentation with projection of photographs and rhapsodes

During the presentation event, the 212 photographs of the book will be shown and four rhapsodes will participate: Pep Jané, Anna Miralpeix, Jaume Sesé and Montse Verdaguer. These rhapsodes will focus the narrative emphasis on forty selected texts. The event, called “narrative vermouth”, will last approximately one hour.
