Leonor, the future queen of Spain, travels to an intense summer

A new stage

Leonor is no longer a young woman. Last year he came of age and took the oath to the Constitution before the King. From that moment on, she committed herself to taking on more institutional responsibilities and training to become the future Queen of Spain. Thanks to the work of Felipe and Letizia, the princess has won the approval of the citizens, regaining confidence in the crown. Efforts to completely distance her from the Borbó surname have been successful.

A comprehensive training

Sofia’s sister has lived outside Zarzuela since she was 16. Following in the footsteps of Philip VI, he left to study the International Baccalaureate at UWC Atlantic College in Wales for two years. During this stage, he began his military training at the General Military Academy of Zaragoza, where he has passed the first year and will receive the decoration independently of his colleagues next week.

An intense summer

Now, Leonor is preparing to enjoy a well-deserved summer, although it will be short and intense. Despite having some institutional commitments, the princess has communicated to her parents the desire to escape on holiday with her friends, as she already did at Easter, when she went to New York.

Balance between responsibilities and youth

As the future queen of Spain, Leonor will have to live in Zarzuela, but now she wants to be another young woman, away from the media spotlight and the pressure of the crown. Although her parents don’t quite agree, as she has to spend a few days in Mallorca with them in July and promote the Balearic island to support Marivent, the princess has promised that she will find time for everything.

A promising future

Thus, Leonor prepares for a new stage of her life, maintaining the balance between her institutional responsibilities and her youth, with her eyes set on the future that awaits her as Queen of Spain.
