A new gastronomic experience in romer meleta

The launch of the 2025 season

On March 22, the Romer de Romer restaurant opens its doors to a new season, where the ‘land’ cuisine will shine again. With a fresh and dynamic approach, the restaurant, under the direction of the chef Gessamí Caramés, approaches its customers with an interactive proposal that promises to delight the palates.

An unforgettable event: Tapa-Coca

On Friday, March 28, gastronomy lovers will enjoy the exclusive Tapa-Coca experience. This initiative, which stands out for its community approach, will allow attendees to taste a selection of tapas designed by Gessamí, his sister Clàudia and his brother Dani.

Quality wines with The Wine Truck

The selection of wines for this evening will be provided by The Wine Truck, an innovative concept of wine bar on wheels that will park on the terrace of the restaurant. Sara Fernández, recognized for her entrepreneurial initiative in wine tourism, will provide a range of Catalan wines that will complement the tapas perfectly.

An accessible and fun evening

Attendees will enjoy eight tapas and eight different wines, all set with music that will create a relaxed and cozy environment. The prices are very affordable: € 3 for early reservations until March 26 and € 4 for those that are held on the same day. It is advisable to reserve in advance, as capacity is limited.

A continuous success

This new proposal arises as a continuation of the success of the previous restaurant initiatives, such as the ‘Coctel Tapa’ and the tastings with local sommen. Meleta de Romer has established itself as a reference for those seeking a unique gastronomic experience.
