A new industrial horizon at the Advanced Factories Fair 2025
From today until April 10, the Zona Franca Consortium of Barcelona (CZFB) is present at the Advanced Factories 2025 Fair, an event that brings together the brightest minds of industrial innovation. In this context, the 4.0 district is highlighted, an ecosystem designed to be a worldwide benchmark in advanced technology and industry, with Dfactory Barcelona as the epicenter of activities.
Dfactory Barcelona: A successful business collaboration model
Dfactory Barcelona stands out as an international ecosystem that already houses 37 companies with an employment rate of 90%. In an effort to expand its facilities, the CZFB has started a project to increase the available space from 17,000 m² to 60,000 m², with the aim of being operational at the end of 2026. Companies operating in this innovative environment will present their projects and technological solutions to attendees, covering areas such as robotics, 3D printing, artificial intelligence (IA), the Internet of things and more.
Logistics innovation with logistics 4.0 incubator
One of the highlights of the fair was the session on logistics 4.0 Incubator, the first high -tech incubator in Spain focused on industry 4.0 in the logistics value chain. This initiative, led by the CZFB with the support of the Feder Foundation Foundation and European Fund, has given life 60 projects in less than two years, some of which have been presented during this day.
