Celebrate the Sagrada Família Sant Jordi with a Unique Experience

A Different Sant Jordi at the Basilica

The Sagrada Família is preparing to celebrate in a special way the day of Sant Jordi, the patron saint of Catalonia, opening its doors to the public to share this significant festival in an innovative way.

This year, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a unique experience at the basilica. A guided tour outside the usual opening hours during the eve of Sant Jordi will allow you to discover a digital art installation next to the sculpture of Sant Jordi, the work of the artist Josep Maria Subirachs.

The digital art projection Rosa, Rosae, created with artificial intelligence especially for the occasion, will be one of the stars of this celebration. Based on the values of innovation and creativity, this digital artwork dialogues with the sculpture of Sant Jordi, offering an unforgettable visual and musical experience.

An Innovative Digital Artwork

The digital artistic piece is born through the combination of shapes inspired by the rose and Gaudí’s architecture. Using artificial intelligence tools, unprecedented images have been created that will be projected on a large LED screen, transforming the basilica into a stage of art and light.

For all those interested in exploring this work, the installation will be available for viewing from April 22 to 27, offering a unique sensory experience for visitors.
