Avenida Diagonal has once again hosted the Dión Urbana Diaga Urbana Race, one of the most anticipated sporting events in the city. This year, more than 15,000 athletes participated in this competition that began at the Royal Palace of Pedralbes and ended at Paseo de Garcia Faria.
Triumphs and Competition: Who has won?
The winners of this edition have been Pol Espinosa and Cristina Silva, two names known in the world of popular races. Espinosa, representative of the Ironwill team, and Pro, marked an impressive time of 29 minutes and 41 seconds, achieving a tight victory with only three seconds of the second place, Reyes Estévez. Bilal Ziadi has completed the male podium with a time of 30 minutes and 07 seconds.
The Women’s Triumph: Cristina Silva
In the women’s category, Cristina Silva stood out with a time of 34 minutes and 29 seconds, consolidating her position as one of the best runners. Silva, also from the Ironwill team. Third place was for Maria Ruiz, with a time of 36 minutes and 03 seconds.

One of them was the request for a runner’s marriage to his partner just after reaching the finish line.
