Conferences in Inca and Palma

This first week of May, Citizens for Palestine has organized two conferences with the Laila Jaled Internationalist Brigade, which was present in Palestine during the beginning of the Al-Aqsa offensive. The conferences will take place in Inca, on May 3 at the Shoe Museum as part of the Poble a Poble cycle, and in Palma, on May 4 at the Popular La Fonera University.

Overcoming Censorship and Threats

Despite attempts at censorship and threats from the Zionist lobby, Ciutadans per Palestina continues on, working to increase anti-imperialist awareness and solidarity with the Palestinian people in Mallorca. This has been noted in relation to derogatory comments about Palestinians made by certain public figures.

Laila Khaled Internationalist Brigade

The Laila Jaled Brigade was born in 2021 after several people from different internationalist, anti-fascist, and anti-capitalist organizations came together, with the common goal of being able to travel to Palestine, learn first-hand about its situation in all areas and start projects together with the Palestinian people.

Support for the Palestinian People

During the trips to Palestine, relationships were established with people and organizations from different areas of the West Bank to better understand and know the process of devastation and genocide they are suffering and how they fight against this extermination every day, in order to be able to support the fight of the Palestinian people spreading the reality of what is happening there.

Laila Jaled and the Palestinian Struggle

Laila Jaled is a Palestinian political activist and militant of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine who fights for the liberation of the Palestinian people, from the river to the sea, and who they feel represents the values ​​they want to transmit from this brigade
