During the period of the 2021-2023 Strategic Plan, Creand has achieved very positive results, exceeding expectations and experiencing notable growth internationally. The jury highlighted Creand’s strong commitment to digitalization, a key factor in adapting to emerging customer needs. The bank recently launched its new Creand Banca Online application, designed for an optimal mobile experience, combining ease of use with high security standards.

In addition, the entity has incorporated predictive artificial intelligence models to improve its offering and has established a collaboration with Onyze, a leader in digital asset custody, to provide services related to cryptoassets.

Another notable project is the ‘Teens Creand’ program, which offers banking services to young people aged 12 to 17, encouraging a responsible introduction to the financial world with parental supervision. At the end of 2023, Creand reported a profit of 71.3 million euros, a significant increase of 60.05% over the previous year, with a business volume that amounted to 27,620 million euros, marking a growth of 10.47%.
