Discover the hidden corners of Barcelona to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience

Le Méridien: A Mediterranean gastronomic proposal

In the heart of Barcelona is the Le Méridien hotel, which houses the CentOnze restaurant. This summer, chef Carlos Novo has designed a gastronomic proposal that combines the traditional flavors of the Mediterranean with a Latin touch. The menu includes dishes such as creamy Roman-style squid salad and broken eggs with bacon cracklings. In addition, the hotel has the Terrassa Explore, a terrace at the highest part where you can enjoy a careful selection of drinks and tapas.

El Claris: A gastronomic refuge with history

The Claris hotel is known for its terrace, which opened more than 30 years ago and has become an emblematic place in the city. Chef Pedro Salillas offers a classic and seasonal menu, with dishes such as lobster cannelloni, Rossini fillet and peas with mata. In addition, during the afternoons you can enjoy jazz musical performances on weekends and magic shows by Joana Andreu, daughter of the famous Màgic Andreu.

El Palace: An Andalusian experience in the heart of the center

The Palace hotel offers a unique experience in its Rooftop Garden during the summer. La Casita de El Palace is transformed into a space set in the Andalusian fairs, where attendees can enjoy an authentic flamenco show and taste typical recipes of Andalusian gastronomy. In addition, the menu has excellent pairing options with wines from the Mora-Figueroa Domecq wineries. This experience is available from 8:00 p.m. for a price of €95.
