Coming from the quiet Seu d’Urgell, where local meat is the norm, I found myself immersed in a new culinary experience that reminded me of the popular Cathar song about unexpected love.

Sant Antoni is a place that attracts food lovers, especially on Carrer Parlament, which is always full of life. The Candela en Rama restaurant stands out among the options, offering a tasting menu that allows diners to enjoy a selection of dishes chosen by the chef.
