Ingredients:

– 4 eggs
– 2 English muffins split in half
– 4 slices of ham or Canadian bacon
– 2 egg yolks
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1/2 cup of melted butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– White vinegar
