Hazte Oír files a new complaint against Begoña Gómez
Hazte Oír has confirmed its campaign to have the president of the Spanish government, Pedro Sánchez, resign, with a new complaint against his wife, Begoña Gómez, for influence peddling. This complaint has been presented to the court of inquiry number 41 of Madrid, the same court that had already opened proceedings against Sánchez’s wife for the same crime. This campaign has led to a letter from Sánchez in which he reflects on the harassment of his wife and his continuation as president.
Complaints presented by Hazte Oír
According to Hazte Oír, this new complaint complements the three complaints filed against Sánchez’s wife before the European Prosecutor’s Office, the State Attorney General’s Office and the European Anti-Fraud Office, which have not yet had any tangible results.
Admission of possible fake news
Manos Limpias, the entity that filed the complaint, has admitted that it is based on news from internet portals that could be “false”. The judge has summoned those responsible for these portals to testify to clarify the veracity of the information.
