The city celebrates the first edition of ‘Castilla-La Mancha is Fashion’
The city of Cuenca has witnessed one of the most important fashion and crafts events nationwide. This is the first edition of ‘Castilla-La Mancha is Fashion’, an initiative promoted by the Castilla-La Mancha board with the aim of celebrating fashion and promoting the talent of the region’s artisans. First edition program

The second day of the event was full of fashion shows. The ‘Young Talents’ parade was the starting point, where the talent of the new promises of fashion could be appreciated. The proposal of Adrián Nieto, who received the prize awarded by the GlobalCaja group, stood out. In addition, renowned designers such as Carmen Alba, Marta Villaruiz (winner of the ‘Best Young Designer’ award in 2023) and Raquel López presented their creations at the San Miguel Church. The parade culminated at the San Pablo Bridge, where JC Pajares presented innovative and risky designs.

The event came to an end with the shows of the designers Candelas and Felipa, and Francisco Saez. Candelas presented a haute couture proposal with romantic and architectural wedding dresses, while Francisco Saez stood out with cosmopolitan and casual designs with denim as the protagonist.
