A Special Party in Florida
Jorge Javier Vázquez is in a moment of joy. This past July 25, the renowned television presenter turned 54, an event that he will surely celebrate with those closest to him in his magnificent residence located in the exclusive neighborhood of Moncloa-Aravaca, in the luxurious urbanization of Florida.
Announcer’s Mansion Details
This impressive home has a surface area of 700 square meters, sitting on a 2,000-meter plot. It has four large bedrooms, five elegant bathrooms, a living room with large windows that allow natural light to enter, and a spectacular equipped kitchen.
In addition, Jorge Javier’s residence includes several areas designed for staff, a refreshing swimming pool, a well-equipped gym and a relaxation area composed of living rooms and an Arabic-style bathroom, providing an atmosphere of luxury and comfort.
The Secrets of the Mansion
However, this impressive construction hides three significant secrets. One of these relates to her dear friend, Mila Ximénez. According to what the presenter told Emma García in November 2022, he has part of the journalist’s ashes in her home.
In an interview on the ‘Festa’ program, Jorge Javier revealed that some of Mila Ximénez’s ashes rest in the garden of his house. Furthermore, he remembered the message from Alba Santana, who asked him if she would like to have part of her mother’s ashes in her residence, assuring him that Mila would have liked to be there.
The New Real Estate Acquisition
Another of Jorge Javier Vázquez’s intriguing secrets refers to his recent real estate acquisition. A few months ago, it was learned that the presenter acquired a second home very close to his current residence, which he bought in 2010.
This new property has an approximate value of 1.5 million euros, a fact that the communicator has tried to keep anonymous. To this cost must be added the expenses of the renovation that Jorge Javier Vázquez carried out after the purchase.
Space Expansion and an Unusual Problem
With this purchase, the presenter expanded the land of his residence, even building a stable for his donkey. The animal enjoyed the open spaces until it was necessary to find a new home for it, after receiving complaints from his neighbours.
“I received a complaint about the noise the donkey was making. I live in a housing estate and I don’t want to bother my neighbors. The truth is that the donkey had gotten so used to being given carrots every time he bellowed that he spent the whole night bellowing for summer,” commented Jorge Javier.
