Learning to Listen: A Religious and Psychopedagogical Experience

Lectures Conclude with Deep Reflections

The last session of the lecture series of the Institute of Research and Religious Studies of Lleida (IREL) was led by theologian Ramon Prat and psychopedagogue Anna Maria Agustí.

With the theme ‘Lovers listening to God’, Prat and Agustí offered a round table that captivated the attention of the public.

Substitution of Initial Speaker

Unexpectedly, the theologian Teodor Suau had to cancel his participation, giving way to Prat and Agustí to lead the event.

Focus on Listening and the Way

During the session, the importance of the process of listening to God was highlighted, highlighting the idea of traveling a path rather than reaching a final destination.

Augustine illustrated this concept with a metaphor about life, comparing it to an egg that, if broken from the inside, gives way to a new life.

Prat shared a personal experience, highlighting the importance of listening in interactions with nature and other people to perceive the presence of God.

Next Edition of the Conference Course

With a tradition that goes back twenty-seven years, the IREL conference course will return next October with a new edition, promising more enriching dialogues and spiritual discoveries.
