New rental aid program in Catalonia: Opportunities for the middle class

The rental limits vary depending on the location. For example, in the metropolitan area of ​​Barcelona, ​​the maximum is 900 euros, while in other demarcations such as Girona or Tarragona, the limits are 750 and 700 euros, respectively.

Those interested can submit their application electronically through the Gencat housing portal or in person in the corresponding offices. Several documents will need to be provided, including the current DNI and the rental agreement.
