Outstanding figures of the kitchen, such as Eduard Xatruch, Pep Moreno and Montse Abellà, have returned to remember significant moments of their formation. All of them have expressed their thanks to the teachers who influenced their careers. Eduard Xatruch, who is currently leading the restaurant in Barcelona, ​​recalled how his teacher Rosa Casanova played a crucial role in her career, opening her doors to El Bulli.
