Subsidies for the rehabilitation of facades and improvement of accessibility
Roses City Council has implemented the ‘Roses pose’t guapa’ program to promote the rehabilitation of facades and improve the accessibility of buildings. In this new edition, a budget of 126,000 euros has been allocated and the deadline for applying for aid is until May 31.
Two lines of aid
The program offers two lines of aid. The first is aimed at rehabilitating and improving facades and partitions of buildings, while the second aims to eliminate architectural barriers and improve accessibility in residential buildings in the municipality.
Details of the program
The program for the rehabilitation of facades has a budget of 90,000 euros and promotes the aesthetic improvement of the urban landscape and the security of the real estate park. It includes painting works, restoration and rehabilitation of facades, as well as the improvement of the finishes of the partition walls.
On the other hand, the accessibility improvement line has 36,000 euros to promote the improvement of residential buildings and guarantee the rights of people with disabilities. Works such as the installation of lifts, stairlifts, ramps and other accessibility devices adapted to the needs of people with sensory or intellectual disabilities are subsidised.
Subsidies can be requested by owners, tenants or communities of owners who carry out the works. The grants represent 40% of the intervention budget, with a maximum subsidy limit per property of 5,000 euros (line for facades) or 6,000 euros (line for accessibility).
