A party for all the senses
This Saturday, the town of Sant Llorenç d’Hortons will become a vibrant stage for the 14th edition of Viart, an event that celebrates the Union of Wine, Craft, Music and Creativity. This fair has established itself as a benchmark in the region, offering an ideal platform to discover local products and promote local commerce.
Activities to discover local heritage
The day will start at 9: 00h with a hike guided by the geologist Carles Martín, who will share knowledge about the geological history of the area. This activity seeks to bring attendees to the natural roots of Sant Llorenç, enriching the experience of the day. At 11: 00h, local authorities will welcome the fair, marking the official start of activities with the opening of craft stalls and gastronomic products.
Traditions and news
Among the outstanding activities, visitors will enjoy the presentation of the new T -shirt of Terrazel, an emblematic tradition that is part of the cultural identity of Sant Llorenç.
A message of sustainability
At the same time, the SOS Planeta exhibition will reflect on the sustainability and actions needed to protect our environment. This initiative resonates with the values of the fair, which promote ecological awareness through art and culture.
Shows and workshops for everyone
Near noon, the Vailets de Gelida, the Xiquets de Torredembarra and the Castellers de Tortosa will offer a castellera performance, a manifestation of tradition and community force. In addition, attendees will be able to taste the Hortonenc de Finca Parera, a wine that encapsulates the essence of the territory and its history.
Family activities
At 17: 00h, the Reboomorie concert promises fun for the whole family, followed by a ceramic workshop that will allow visitors to explore their creativity through the manual arts. At 18:00, Màrius Carol will present his novel The Child of Chess, in a conversation with Ramon Moix who promises to be captivating.
Closing with a musical toast
The day will close at 7.30pm with a special sparkling tasting session, directed by Xavier Roig de Cal Feru, who will guide attendees in the discovery of the characteristics of these wines. The day will culminate in the concert of The Aguateques, which will offer a dynamic and full of energy show.
