Santpedor organizes two new themed visits to the medieval town this Saturday

Discover the history of Santpedor

The Santpedor Tourist Office has prepared a new program of free thematic visits to the medieval town. This Saturday, coinciding with Santpedor en Flor, there will be two visits that will allow visitors to delve into Santpedor’s past and learn about one of the Bages’ most important legacies.

Tour of the historic center

The visits will start in Cal Clarassó and end in the Chapel of Sant Andreu. There will be two sessions, one at 10 a.m. and another at 11:30 a.m. To participate, you must register in advance.

Historical characters

During the tour, visitors will be accompanied by fictional characters such as Francesc de Perellós, Constança de Pròixida and Berenguer ça vila. These characters will tell the story of Santpedor and guide you through the old historic center. Visitors will have the opportunity to see the seven portals of the old wall, the Royal Palace, the Church of Sant Pere d’Or, Plaça de la Font and the Chapel of Sant Andreu.

Prior registration

These thematic visits are part of a program of guided routes that take place every first Saturday of the month for free. To participate, you must register using the form available on the Santpedor Town Council website.
