A preventive deployment without incident
The deployment of 40 personnel from various areas of the security force has managed to function effectively. According to an official statement, the preventive work carried out in recent days has guaranteed the smooth development of the event, ensuring the safety of attendees at all times, from access to evacuation.
Control of narcotic substances
One of the main priorities of the security apparatus was to monitor the access of people with narcotic substances to the festival. During the days of the event, a total of 53 attendees were detected with some kind of drug, most of them foreigners aged between 19 and 43. Officers intercepted various drugs, from cocaine to marijuana, in small quantities.
Notable arrests and interceptions
A total of four arrests were made during the event, most notably the case of a 31-year-old man attempting to enter the country with various illicit substances. In addition, preventive work was strengthened at the points of entry into the country, arresting a total of 14 people who were carrying drugs and heading to Snowrow.
Other matching events
The Snowrow has coincided with another festival, the Sumol, in Pas de la Casa, where security forces were also deployed without any incident being recorded during the event.
