Next Saturday the 25th, the Valls Cultural Centre will become the stage for the nineteenth edition of the Nit de Castells. This gala, promoted by Revista Castells, with the collaboration of the Valls City Council, TAC 12 and the Xarxa, has become an essential meeting point for all lovers of the world of human towers.
Awards that Recognize Excellence
This year’s ceremony will present ten awards, selected by a seven-member jury, who will evaluate the best contributions and outstanding achievements of the previous season.
Career Award
This award recognizes a significant personality in the casteller world, who has demonstrated constant dedication and commitment in his activity. The prize is awarded by Revista Castells.
Castles Ambassador Award
A special recognition for those people or institutions that, without being directly part of the casteller world, have contributed to its dissemination and popularization. Also awarded by Castells Magazine.

This award is given to a place that has stood out for its activity during the season, whether for its organization or for the days held.
Gang of the Season
A group that, without being extra range, has shown remarkable growth or has reached outstanding milestones is recognized. The selection is made by the gangs that have made constructions higher than 3de9f.
Castellera Moment and Image
Casteller Moment of the Season
A prize is awarded to a castle that has stood out for its complexity and success, recognized by casteller chroniclers.
TAC 12 Season Image Award – La Xarxa
An award that distinguishes the best audiovisual image that has captured the essence of the castells during the year.
Recognized Photographers and Groups
Pere Català Roca Photography Award
This award recognizes the work of a photographer who has provided a unique vision of the world of human towers, awarded by the Valls Tourism Department.
Casteller Barometer Awards
Prizes will be awarded to groups that have managed to improve their historical level in various categories, sponsored by Estrella Damm.
Special Night of Castles Awards
This distinction is awarded to relevant events that have marked the human tower world during the season, valuing their importance and impact.
