Among the winners of the 2024 Foodtech Innovation Awards, which have received more than 150 nominations, is Agricolus, recognized with the Tecnalia Award for its outstanding digitalization solution for the food and beverage industry. Likewise, Genbioma has been awarded for its innovative approach to glucose control for healthy eating, while Urtech Water has been distinguished for its exceptional automation and robotics solution for the food value chain. On the other hand, Pack2Earth has been recognized for its packaging innovation project, highlighting its bio-based materials that compost at room temperature.

The Most Innovative Emerging Company Award has been awarded to Alcheme Bio, pioneer in the development of ‘cellular flavouring’, and Keepcool, recognized for its technological solutions that extend the useful life of perishable products, significantly contributing to the reduction of waste food.
