Interview with Hector Calvet, director of the Molet Library

Hector Calvet has been at the head of the library since 2011, after running a library in Badalona, although it was from Barcelona, he lived in Molet for a few years.

The passion for the Bibliot economy

When he was asked about what he took to be a library, Calvet revealed that his calling emerged through his brother, who is also a libraryr. After a little successful experience in the chemistry field, he decided to study Bibliot economics and documentation, a decision that hasn’t been cut off.

According to Calvet, Molet needs a central library, as it currently has two libraries assigned, but Canlà is considered small to the needs of the city.

Local Escripture Foment

The Molet library has put emphasis on support for local authors, with initiatives such as the Add catalog, which seeks to create a network among local writers and give them visibility.
