The president of the Island Council of La Palma, Sergio Rodríguez Fernández, and the mayor of the municipality of El Paso, Eloy Martín Barreto, will travel this Monday, May 6, to the Pamplona campus of the University of Navarra to sign a collaboration agreement with the academic center.
