The workers had sued the company because it did not apply the agreement that corresponded to them, but another hospitality agreement. The Superior Court of Justice has confirmed the previous sentence and has ordered Eurest to comply with the premium.cat action agreement and pay the unpaid salary differences. This means a retroactive payment of more than 19,600 euros for the two workers, in addition to a monthly salary increase of 150 to 500 euros. The judgment of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia is final and cannot be appealed. Eurest Compass Group manages the canteens of Barcelona City Council
