The Prosecutor’s Office recounts several episodes in which the minors tried to escape from the accused’s sexual conduct, and he followed them and insisted that they return to bed with him. On one occasion, one of the cousins even faked a phone call to escape the alleged abuse.

As a result of these events, those affected have suffered withdrawal, depression, maladaptive behaviors, emotional imbalances and anxiety. Despite this, the parents of the minors have not claimed compensation for the damages suffered.
The Prosecutor’s request
In addition to the 17-year prison sentence, the Prosecutor’s Office requests that the accused be imposed another ten years of supervised release and a 200-meter restraining order from the two girls for two years after their release from prison. It is also requested that the accused assume the procedural costs.
