On May 9, the sessions will move to the church of Sant Felip Neri in Barcelona. Attendees will be able to enjoy lectures on the musical history of the Sant Felip Neri oratory, the influence of Sant Felipe Neri on the oratories and musical practice in the congregation of the Valencia oratory.
Highlights of Day 10
On May 10, the conference will conclude at the Faculty of Geography and History of the UB. The events will include conferences on the work of Pere Antoni Monlleó, Christmas carols in the Tortosa cathedral and violin music in 18th century Barcelona. The days will culminate with a closing concert by violinist Nuno Mendes Dos Santos.
