These actions are carried out throughout the year, covering all neighborhoods in order to minimize the presence of pests and guarantee a healthy environment for its inhabitants.

Long -term results
The effectiveness of these actions is gradual, reaching its maximum performance between two and three weeks after its application. During the warm months, it is common to observe the pest activity, especially during night hours.
Essential citizen collaboration
Valls City Council urges citizens to report any pest sighting to the Sustainability Department. This can be done electronically, by phone at 977 636 007, or by email to [email protects].
Rapid actions against reports
If three weeks have been completed since the last treatment in an area and a notice is received, an additional reinforcement treatment will be activated. Given the presence of rats, the answer is immediate, and a specific treatment is implemented in the affected area.
Initiatives in communities of owners
In addition, the communities of owners are recommended to carry out disinsection treatments in their facilities. This action, together with municipal initiatives, significantly increases the effectiveness of pest control in the city.
