This weekend, Vila-seca will become the Center for the Arts with two exceptional concerts in the Josep Carreras Auditorium, where young talent and great classics will come together to offer an unforgettable musical experience.
Kbyart’s 10th Anniversary
On Friday, April 4 at 8:00 p.m., the Kebyart saxophone quartet will celebrate a decade of music. This training has succeeded both nationally and internationally, emphasizing its quality and versatility.
A Musical Trip for Europe
With performances in renowned rooms such as the Philharmonie in Paris and the ElBphilharmonie in Hamburg, Kbyart has collaborated with top -notch artists and elite orchestras. Its presentation in Vila-seca will not only be a concert, but also a journey through fantasy as a musical form.
Swan Ensemble: New Voices of Classical Music
On Sunday, April 6 at 19:00, it will be the turn of Swan Ensemble, a group created by alumni of the Conservatory of Vila-seca. With a philosophy that seeks to give life to each note, the set promises a captivating repertoire.
Premieres and classics
His performance will include works little known as the Fifth in DO Major de Beethoven and the Quintet in Sol Major de Brahms, as well as a world premiere of a work by Quim Miracle. This concert will not only be a musical event, but also a sample of solidarity, as they will raise funds for the ‘If I can, you too’ association, dedicated to the cause of epilepsy.
Tribute to Alex Susanna
In addition to the concerts, the Auditorium will host on April 2 an emotional tribute to the writer Alex Susanna, with the act ‘The sense of writing’. Directed by Jordi Llavina, the event will include readings of his posthumous works and musical performances by students of the Municipal Conservatory of Music.
An act full of emotions
The tribute will take place at 19:00 and will close with a glass of cava shared with the attendees, adding a touch of community to a literary and musical celebration.
