We celebrate the 25th anniversary of the student’s space in Valls

An emblematic event for education

The Valls Student Space, one of the most important events in education in the counties of Tarragona and Terres de l’Ebre, is about to celebrate a quarter of a century of life. On March 19 and 20, the Kursaal Room will host this educational fair that brings together a wide range of training offers.

Inauguration with authorities and professionals in the sector

The official opening will take place on Wednesday, March 19 at 10:30 am, in an event that will be held in the church of Sant Francesc, right next to the Pius Hospital. Local authorities, rectors of universities and directors of institutes have been invited to participate in this special commemoration.

A space for diversified training

During these two days, more than 60 exhibitors will show their training offerings, which include university options and training cycles. Visitors will enjoy informative talks that will complement the exhibitions, thus allowing dynamic learning.

Opening and access schedules

The student’s space will be open in the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., reserved for visits from schools, and in the afternoon from 15:30 to 19:00, with free admission for all interested parties, including students, families and education professionals.

A project that unites forces

Organized by the University Consortium and with the collaboration of various institutions, the student’s space was born with the aim of decentralizing the educational offer and closer to the needs of southern Catalonia, creating a less crowded and more accessible environment.

A recognition to the trajectory

As part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary, a commemorative video will be screened and the contribution of Dr. Jesús M. Prujà, who has been a fundamental pillar in the consolidation of this project.

Reflections on the impact of space

The Councilor for Education, Teresa Rull, emphasized that the space is not only a fair, but a vital tool that helps students make informed decisions about their academic and professional future. The participation of young students in commemorative events, such as the interpretation of an opera piece, strengthens the community spirit of this event.

In search of a promising future

With a renewed approach to the dissemination of its activities, the student’s space is consolidating as a benchmark in the education of southern Catalonia. Its influence will continue to grow, offering new generations the tools needed for a future of success.
