Joint work to energize natural paths

With the publication of this brochure, “the councils of Jaén and Albacete are advancing in the work of revitalizing the natural paths of our respective provinces that we are carrying out jointly”, highlighted the president of the Jaén Provincial Council, recalling that This work “responds to the commitment acquired a year ago between both provincial administrations to promote actions that will contribute to publicizing the tourist attractions of these natural paths and promoting them as a tourist destination, aware of their great potential, since they are elements that generate employment and of wealth of the municipalities through which they pass.”

Provinces united by inland tourism

During his speech, Reyes highlighted that “we are talking about two sister provinces, two inland territories that are spaces of opportunity, to enjoy, live and launch personal projects.”

Along the same lines, his counterpart in the Albacete Provincial Council has stated that “we are talking about a democratized path, which takes place in the Spain of opportunities, our rural Spain, and which allows you to travel and enjoy the beautiful places of Jaén and Albacete” .

For her part, the general director of Rural Development, Innovation and Agri-Food Training of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has pointed out that “this Natural Path is part of the Network of Natural Paths of Spain, which already has more than 10,800 kilometers from It was launched in 1993, and in which the Ministry of Agriculture has invested more than 280 million euros in order to support sustainable tourism, leisure, cultural heritage and promote rural development.

An itinerary in three sections
