A Historical Concert
Joan Dausà has announced an exceptional show at the Palau de Vistalegre in Madrid on October 26, after becoming one of the few soloists in Catalan to fill the Palau Sant Jordi with 16,400 people. Before him, a milestone like this had only been achieved by artists such as Joan Manuel Serrat or Lluís Llach.
The Great Madness 2
The concert at the Palau Sant Jordi was supposed to be the end of the three-year ‘Jo mai mai’ tour, but the one in Sant Feliu has decided to do a new show under the title ‘La Gran Bogeria 2’ at the Madrid venue. A venue that can accommodate 10,000 people and has hosted performances by internationally renowned groups such as Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys and Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
An Unforgettable Moment
Dausà himself described the Palau Sant Jordi concert as unforgettable and assured that as a result of that he was encouraged to make ‘La Gran Bogeria 2’. He has also indicated that he is very much looking forward to going to Madrid and has hoped that the event he will take part in in the Spanish capital will be historic.
Pre-registration and Sales
During the performance in Barcelona, Dausà proposed to the audience to repeat it in some other place outside Catalonia. That idea was then transformed into the opening of a pre-registration period which, according to those responsible for the event, has received an avalanche of reservations in recent weeks. Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 21 February at half past eleven in the morning, although people registered for the pre-sale will be able to purchase them 48 hours before.
