Granollers joins the celebration of the Metropolitan Dance Festival

Granollers participates in the seventh edition of the Metropolitan Dance Festival, which will take place during the month of March at the Mirador del CCCB. This festival is a unique cultural project that brings together the efforts of 12 municipalities, including Granollers, to attract new audiences through programming in public spaces, free activities, educational projects and diverse international programming.

Varied and Attractive Programming

Granollers, for the third consecutive year, will be part of this festival that will last from March 1 to 17. Under the motto ‘From the city to the stage’, this edition emphasizes urban dance as a metropolitan phenomenon.

Featured Shows

The festival will include shows and activities focused on dance, highlighting the flamenco of Granoller artist Patricia Donn. His show ‘Angels and demons’ will open the festival in Granollers on March 1st at the city’s Teatre Auditori.

Patricia Donn: An Inspiring Story

Patricia Donn, born in Granollers, is a young dancer who has studied various dance styles and made her debut at an early age in Barcelona. His show, accompanied by live musicians and dancers, tells a dramatic and joyful story that conveys a message of hope and love for life.

Flamenco Ballet by Patricia Donn

Patricia Donn’s Flamenco Ballet, made up of six musicians, three dancers, a soloist and the main artist, offers a unique experience. His show will start at 8 p.m., with a previous presentation and a discussion with the company.
