When it comes to purchasing a new mobile phone, Spanish telephone users mainly value durability and resistance (97.7% of respondents) and battery life (98%). These aspects are essential for user satisfaction and their experience with the device.
Other determining factors
The balance between quality and price (96.6% of respondents) is another crucial aspect in the purchasing decision. Aspects such as the brand, design or quality of the camera also influence, although to a lesser extent according to the study carried out. Furthermore, 83% of those surveyed consider that resistance and optimal functioning are determining factors in their choice.
Importance of the Smartphone
For the majority of those surveyed, the smartphone is the most relevant electronic device in their daily lives (according to 70% of those surveyed). The study reveals that 45.7% of the participants use it for more than 4 hours a day, with young people between 18 and 24 years old being the ones who use it the most, with 24% indicating a use of six hours a day. Furthermore, 46.3% of Spaniards have had to change their smartphone at least once due to battery problems. On the other hand, charging duration is of great importance for 95.7% of respondents when choosing a mobile phone.
