Borrow, | Manlleu continues with its urban renewal process based on new technologies, knowledge and innovation. This is a bet that involves a set of institutions, entities and companies, which seek to find new professional profiles adapted to these changes.

One of the major projects: “The Island of Knowledge”

One of the major projects is what is known as “L’Illa del Saber”, which includes three “actions”: an innovation center with actors such as La Salle or Eurocat; the teaching of higher university courses in the old Caixa de Manlleu Cultural Building and, in addition, a space to share business ideas and new projects with a leading role by the Manlleu Business Association.
