According to the Prosecutor’s Office, there are enough indications to conclude that there is a “criminal organization” that was dedicated to “achieving the award” of contracts, with payments obtained for mediating and achieving these awards.
Increase in assets
The increase in cash income in general and the decrease in cash dispositions are highlighted, which denotes the possible existence of another financial source of unknown origin.
The Prosecutor’s Office points out that between certain dates, a person became the owner of assets whose value could reach a total figure of 1.5 million euros, coinciding with public awards to a specific company.
