Union delegates closed in the Department of Education
On Wednesday afternoon, three representatives of the UGT and two of the USTEC locked themselves in the Department of Education with the intention of spending the night there. Their main demand is to start real negotiations to improve the working conditions of workers in the education sector.
This decision was taken after a meeting where the unions’ input did not receive the expected support. The representatives want to visualize the discontent of the workers after years of meetings without achieving real improvements.
