Claims for MORE for Mallorca to the Government
During the control session of the Government in the plenary session of the Parliament, the deputy of the eco-sovereign party Ferran Rosa criticized the Minister of Business, Employment and Energy for the lack of initiatives aimed at improving working conditions.
According to Rosa, despite the increase in jobs and tourism, the economy is maintained with overtime and temporary remedies, without addressing the needs of workers.
Specific requests
The deputy has asked the councilor what measures he has planned to improve the conditions of the workers, highlighting specific situations such as the demand for rest by the laundry staff and decent wages.
Rosa has also criticized the councilor’s support for the persecution of social agents, referring to the vote in favor of VOX.
Criticism of management
The deputy has pointed to full employment and job vacancies, while arguing that the councilor has not pushed for salary improvements or reductions in working hours.
On the eve of May Day, Rosa has expressed the discontent of the workers and has urged the councilor to change his approach to labor issues.
