Telephone access to the Income Statement
Taxpayers who need to file their income tax return and wish to manage it over the phone can now request an appointment at the Tax Agency from April 29. However, telephone support will not begin until May 7.
From this date, the Treasury launches the “El truquem” program, a service that will be available until July 1, the end date of the personal income tax campaign. Last year, 1,070,000 statements were handled through this personalized service.
Video Assistance Service in Municipalities
As a novelty for this campaign, the Tax Agency has selected 500 municipalities with less than 3,000 inhabitants and without offices to offer a video assistance service. This service will be provided by tax officials, who will prepare and submit the income statement for people over 65 without the need to travel to other locations.
Those interested in this service can request an appointment from April 29.
Update of the Electronic Office for the Elderly
On the other hand, the Tax Agency has updated its Electronic Headquarters with content aimed at the elderly, offering information, assistance and a manual with the IRPF regulations.
To request an appointment with the Treasury, the service will be available until June 28, and can be managed through the web or the following telephone numbers: 91 535 73 26, 901 12 12 24, 91 553 00 71, 901 22 33 44.
Key Dates and Calendar of the 2024 Income Statement
The Treasury reminds that the rest of the taxpayers will be able to request an appointment from May 29 to June 28 to manage their declaration in person from June 3.
The deadline for submitting the declaration will be July 1, but if the result is to be entered and the payment is direct debited, the declaration can only be submitted until June 26.
