Elaboration:

We start by cutting the courgette into wedges and seasoning them with a mixture of spices and Parmesan cheese. Then, we bake them in the oven until they are golden and crispy. Meanwhile, prepare the express aioli by mixing mayonnaise, roasted garlic, lemon juice and hot red pepper. Once the courgette sticks are ready, we accompany them with the express aioli.

2. Irresistible courgette and potato lasagna

Ingredients:

– 2 courgettes
– 2 potatoes
– 200 g of onion and tomato sauce
– 100 g grated parmesan cheese
– 100 g of grated Emmental cheese
– Oregano
– Salt and pepper

Elaboration:

In this recipe, we alternate layers of courgette and potato on the mandoline, onion and tomato stir-fry, and cheese. We overlap them in a mold and bake it in the oven until the potatoes are cooked and the surface of the lasagna is browned and crispy.

Ingredients:

For the zucchini plate:
– 1 zucchini
– 1 egg

For the cream cheese:
– 100 g of spreadable cheese
– Porradello branches
– Capers
– Tomatoes
– Slices of salted ham
– Small lettuce

Elaboration:
