The change in the crown

New additions
Over the years, Letizia has had the help of various professionals for her personal image. Among them are Eva Fernández and Luz Valero, close friends of the queen. However, at the end of 2023, a new addition joined the team. Letizia decided to hire Natalia Belda as her personal makeup artist, allowing each of the professionals to focus on her specialty.

Since her arrival, the queen’s makeup and face have been highlighted by the international press. Natalia Belda joined the monarch’s team in November 2023 and is part of the Mr Pérez Management artistic representation and production agency, founded by Diana Martínez Bordiú, niece of the Marquis of Villaverde, in July 2017.
A common past
It is curious that Diana Martínez Bordiú, also known as Didi, had a brief romantic relationship with Felipe VI in 2003, before becoming engaged to Letizia. Although it was a brief romance, just after Felipe’s breakup with Eva Sannum, Diana and Felipe maintain a friendly relationship to this day.
Beyond the crown
Natalia Belda is not only dedicated to Letizia’s makeup, but she is also the official makeup artist of actress Blanca Suárez, with whom she maintains a close friendship. In addition, she has had the opportunity to interact with the world of culture and she has met artists like Leiva. With two decades of experience in the world of beauty, Natalia Belda is recognized for her monochrome makeup, bold lipsticks and powerful eye shadows.
