Can Panyella, a work protected as a cultural asset and of local interest, is much more than a simple restaurant. Formerly a farmhouse composed of three rectangular houses joined together, today it stands as a living witness of local history. In 1992, it was transformed into a restaurant that keeps the tradition and authenticity of Gelida alive.
