Dacia’s Sandero: a reference model in the Spanish market

Dacia is aware that the Sandero is its best-selling model in Spain. This vehicle has become the market benchmark in terms of market share. However, its success is based on its excellent quality-price ratio and the affordable prices of its access versions. Both the normal body and the Crossover type, known as Stepway, have been very popular among Spanish consumers.

Expansion of the range of Sandero finishes

Dacia has decided to expand the range of finishes of its flagship model, the Sandero. With the aim of offering more options to customers, they have introduced a new trim level called Journey. This level is located at the highest part of the range and offers superior equipment compared to the access versions.

Journey Trim Features

The Journey trim is available in two engine variants. On the one hand, there is a 90 horsepower gasoline engine, which is combined with a manual transmission. On the other hand, a 100 horsepower engine is available, which can use LPG and has the ECO label from the DGT. This last option is especially recommended for those looking for a more environmentally friendly version.

Prices and versions available

The starting price for the Sandero with the Journey finish and the 90 horsepower gasoline engine is €15,040. On the other hand, the version with the 100 horsepower engine has a price of €15,640. Although the price difference is €600, many consider it worth paying to enjoy the benefits of the DGT ECO label.
