From May 16 to 26, Hotel Tapa Tour returns, a festival that celebrates the richness of gastronomy and culture through tapa. This unique event claims that tapas is a fundamental part of our cultural identity and elevates it to the category of haute cuisine. For ten days, the participating hotels offer a traveling pica-pica that allows diners to enjoy bites inspired by iconic recipes, reinterpreted by the hotels’ chefs.
A Traveling Gastronomic Experience
For ten days, food lovers will be able to embark on a traveling snack bar, surrounded by magazine environments, to enjoy without restrictions bites inspired by the most iconic dishes of the participating hotels. Each establishment will offer between three and four tapas proposals, accompanied by an exquisite pairing. The average price of this experience will range between 9 and 14 euros.
A Variety of Flavors and Pairings
For starters, we suggest you try the “Croqueta d’Autor”, a delicious creation that is accompanied by a refreshing Martini Fiero Spritz. Afterwards, you can enjoy the two competing proposals in the Tapa Alimentos de España Award: the “Tapa Nacional”, which harmonizes with red and rosé wines from the D.O. Ribera del Duero, and the “Tapa Fusió”, which is combined with sparkling wines from the D.O. dig And to finish, you can’t miss the “Sweet Tapa”, accompanied by a delicious St-Germain Spritz.
